A partnership with South Gloucestershire District Council, My Design offers you the chance to choose your plot, and then create the perfect living space for you, from a selection of our architect approved layouts.
Whether it’s a separate kitchen you desire, or you prefer an open-plan living dining and kitchen space, your new home will be built to match your choices.

• Custom build means that you get to make the decisions that influence the design and layout of your home, whilst we handle the project from start to finish.
• This unique scheme means that by using Shared Ownership, first-time buyers and those who do not currently own a property, have the opportunity to secure the home of their dreams in a genuinely affordable way. If you need a mortgage, you will pay that mortgage on the share you own and pay rent on the remaining share.
