Full home ownership with Bromford - our promise to you

Buying a home is always a huge decision. Whether it’s your first home or fifth, the team at Bromford are dedicated to guiding and supporting you throughout the process and after you have moved in.

We are proud to work within the requirements set out in the New Homes Quality Code for House Builders and are registered with the New Homes Quality Board for all of our full home ownership homes.

Bromford have embraced the New Homes Quality Code as an additional layer of consumer protection, which applies for all reservations of full home ownership homes, after 29th February 2024. This NHQB code of practice changed on the 2nd March, and the one that applies to you depends on whether you reservice before or after 2nd March. You can find both codes here and can select which one refers to you for more information.

From reservation to completion, we’ll keep you informed on both the progress of your build and the continuing legal process.

Once you have moved into your new home, in the event that you experience any issues our Customer Care team will be on hand to assist within the first two years. Bromford are committed to providing a high standard of service to our customers and we take all complaints very seriously.
