What happens on moving day?

Hand with key

Moving day is the most exciting day of the buying process!

It is also the final stage, taking place on the date specified by your solicitor. On this date, the balance of the monies are paid via your solicitor and all legal formalities are completed.

You will then be able to meet a member of the team who will “handover” the keys to your new Bromford home and you can start moving in! Our team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have and will continue to support you as you settle in.

Approximately four to six weeks after legal completion, we will invite you to take part in a “customer satisfaction survey”. You will be contacted by telephone by In-house Research, an independent market research company who will be conducting the survey on behalf of the Bromford Homes. The results of this survey enable us to monitor how we are performing against our high standards of customer care, to help us continually improve our service. We thank you in advance for your participation.
