Removing someone's name from your lease

If you own a Shared Ownership home we will need to agree to any changes to the person/people named on the shared ownership lease.

If we agree to the change you will also need to instruct a solicitor to register the changes at the land registry.

If you have a mortgage on your home and the person/ people named on the mortgage is/are changing we will also need to agree to these changes.
