How do I pay my rent?
Need to pay your rent?
As a homeowner you are responsible for paying service charges, ground rent and other fees. If you are a shared owner, you are responsible for paying rent and buildings insurance to us. We cover some of the commonly asked questions on our changes to your rent page. You can still check your rent account and find out how to make a payment. If you own all of your property you may be paying a service charge to us.
How can I pay?
Direct debit is the easiest way to pay, and a condition of most shared ownership leases, please contact your income management advisor if you wish to set up a direct debit.
Other payment methods
Payments can also be made using a debit or credit card via your online customer portal account, or by telephone using the automated payment line on 0330 1234 034. You will need your account reference number to hand.
If you would like further information please contact us or call our Customer Service Centre on 0330 1234 034.
