At Bromford, we specialise in providing high quality homes and we pride ourselves on supporting our local communities. Not only do we care about the people who live in and nearby our homes, we want them to thrive. 

Our latest collection of new build homes is Merret Place, situated on Delavale Road, in Winchcombe. The development comprises 50 homes for affordable rent and Shared Ownership and 50 homes available for outright sale.

As we develop our fantastic communities, there inevitably comes some form of disruption. We understand that this unfortunately can put an inconvenience on your daily life. Please rest assured; we will make it our mission to ensure this is at a minimum and keep communication channels flowing with regular updates. In advance, we would like to thank you for your patience throughout this period.

The communities where we build are extremely important to us and we endeavour to give back whenever we can. We have numerous activities and donations planned with local primary schools and internal fundraising events for both local and national charities.

We have created this page to update local residents of any expected works that we will be carrying out that may cause disruption. Our aim is to minimise disruption to you as much as possible and we have implemented several measures including wheel wash stations to keep the surrounding areas as clean as possible.

Site Updates

• The sales centre and showhome have CCTV, and lighting on timers to ensure that they are kept secure when not open.
• We currently have road sweeps on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and deliveries are scheduled in on those days.
• Delivery drivers have been asked to not wait on the road and block driveways.
