Visiting an active building site

Your safety is our concern

We welcome you to our site and wish your visit to be a safe one.

Thank you for helping to keep our building sites safe ones. We ask that you assist us in this by observing a few simple rules.

1. Please do not enter any house that is being constructed unless 
   accompanied by a member of our sales team or the site manager. In the interest of your safety, entry may be refused during certain parts of the construction work.
2. Please do not enter any area which is fenced off and comply with any instructions given by a member of our sales team or site staff. This is to ensure your safety.
3. Please ensure that you wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when requested. i.e. a safety helmet, high visibility vest and consider appropriate footwear for your visit.
4. You must ensure that children are under your control at all times. They must not be allowed to play on site at any time during your visit.
5. Always remain within protected pedestrian routes and keep clear of any moving plant.
6. Please observe designated speed limits on site.
7. Please park only in designated areas
