What documents do you need when buying a Bromford home?

You’ve found the Bromford home you want to reserve? If you haven’t done so already, now is the time to get all your relevant documents ready. So what documents do you need to help obtain a Decision in Principle?

  1. Proof of identity such as a Passport or driving license,
  2. Proof of current address such as a bank statement or utility bill dated within the last 3 months,
  3. Last three months wage slips. If you’re self-employed you’ll need three years proof of accounts,
  4. Details of existing mortgage, loans or credit card commitments,
  5. Details of any arrears, defaults or CCJ’s (if applicable),
  6. P60 if available.

It’s also handy to have a copy of your credit report to hand. This can easily be obtained online.
