Being safe on our sites

Living on or near an active construction site

Moving into a new build home is an exciting journey, but it often means living on or near an active construction site. At Bromford, we prioritise your experience and safety from the moment you step onto the development until long after you’ve moved in.

Safety during your site visits

Throughout the buying process, you’ll join our Sales team for site visits to see your home under construction. Because active sites pose unique hazards, health and safety is our top priority.

To ensure a safe environment:

  • Follow guidelines: Please strictly abide by all posted rules and staff instructions.
  • Protective gear: We provide essential Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for every visit.
  • Supervision: Children must be kept under close supervision at all times.

Life after moving in

If you are among the first residents to move in, please be aware that construction activity will continue as we complete the remaining homes and infrastructure. While we strive to minimise disruption, you may notice ongoing site traffic and noise during working hours.

Understanding the nature of a growing community ensures a smoother transition into your new neighbourhood. We are committed to maintaining a professional, safe, and respectful environment for all our residents throughout the build process.
