Bromford ♥︎ stories can start with Valentine’s date

HOMEHUNTERS − are you ready to fall in love this Valentine's weekend? If the answer is yes, then why don't you make a date to see one of our charming and seductively-priced homes?

The scene is already set for you to "feel the love" at our Oaklands demo home in Rugby − or you can make an appointment to view one of our other low-cost developments.

Our expert sales consultants will be happy to act as "matchmaker" by showing you round and explaining how you can buy one of these shared ownership or equity loan homes for a truly affordable price.

Typical purchase prices range from £63,000* for a 45% share of a two-bed part-buy, part-rent coach-house at Oaklands to £131,400** for a two-bed shared equity home at Woodlands, Northleach − in the heart of the Cotswolds.

Shared ownership deposits can be as little as £3,150* in an example like the Nightingale two-bed at Oaklands − or £8,213** for the equity loan two-bed at Woodlands.

These low prices make all the difference to first-time buyers and, with sales this year already past the 100 mark, Head of Sales Alan Bradley encourages more homehunters to make a date with Bromford.

"It's clear that first-time buyers across central England love our affordable ways to buy − and they love their Bromford homes," says Alan.

"Of course, buying a home is probably the biggest investment you'll ever make and that's why it's so important to do all the sensible things like making sure the quality is right and that your home is packed with all the features that you want.

"We know that Bromford ticks all of those boxes in style but we also understand that, for most people, they are making an emotional investment as well as a financial one. For them, househunting is also about finding the home of their dreams; they want to fall in love with it.

"Entering into the Valentine's spirit is a fun way for people do exactly that − and we certainly look forward to seeing the start of some more love stories involving shared ownership and equity loan buyers."

* £63,000 would buy a typical 45% share of a two-bed Nightingale with a full market value of £140,000. Assuming a 95% mortgage on that share, the deposit would be £3,150. With shared ownership, you can buy up to 75% of your Bromford home and pay low rent on the remaining share.
** With equity loan, you can own 100% of your new home for 80% of the full market value. In this example, you can buy a two-bed home worth £164,250 for just £131,400 (80%) - that's a 5% deposit of £8,213 and a 75% mortgage of £123,188. The remaining 20% is funded by an interest-free, five-year loan. Equity loan offer available on homes at Akeman Court, Cirencester, and Woodlands, Cheltenham. More details and typical example.
