* £63,000 would buy a typical 45% share of a two-bed Nightingale with a full market value of £140,000. Assuming a 95% mortgage on that share, the deposit would be £3,150. With shared ownership, you can buy up to 75% of your Bromford home and pay low rent on the remaining share.
** With equity loan, you can own 100% of your new home for 80% of the full market value. In this example, you can buy a two-bed home worth £164,250 for just £131,400 (80%) - that's a 5% deposit of £8,213 and a 75% mortgage of £123,188.
