"We hope that homebuyers will now find it that much easier to
get a snapshot view of great developments like Church View and, if
they like what they see, to start things moving so they can make
their property dream come true," he says.
"Our customers are at the centre of everything we do and
sometimes it's the little things − like being able to access
helpful area information if you're not familiar with a town or
neighbourhood − that can really make the difference.
"We work hard to ensure that homebuyers have a top-quality
experience from the moment they first visit our website all the way
through to collecting their keys and moving into a top-quality
home − and well after that."
Alan encourages homebuyers to make the most of the new digital
brochure and other online features such as Register for updates in the search
for their dream home. He also urges them to keep track of new
developments and offers through social media at a time when the
number of followers continues to grow.
"Every week that goes by sees more customers make use of Twitter
and Facebook to ask questions and keep track of what we're doing
alongside the traditional methods of staying in touch," says
"We encourage people to do so as it can be quickest, easiest way
to find out about the latest news. We also encourage them to give
us feedback as we are always looking for ways to improve what we
do − and certainly look forward to hearing what customers
think about the new digital brochures."
