February sales bonanza as 22 buyers move in
AFFORDABLE home completions hit a record high during February
with 22 buyers moving into their new Bromford apartments and
houses.
This four-week sales bonanza brings our shared ownership and equity loan sales total to 120
for the year so far − and leaves just eight more completions
during March before we hit our 2014-15 target.
Our affordable homes experts will keep working extra hard during
the countdown to April to make sure that all the remaining
completions go according to plan.
So it's set to be successful and happy ending to a busy 12
months for Bromford Homes Head of Sales Alan Bradley and his
team.

"Demand for affordable homes remains strong and that's been
reflected in the steady flow of completions since the start of
April 2014," says Alan.
"With the year-end in sight, we've all been working extra hard
to chase and check all the necessary paperwork and make sure that
our customers have all the support and information they need.
"This means a happy ending each time we hand over another set of
front doors keys − that magical moment when the property dream
comes true for another first-time buyer, a couple or young
family.
"Now we've got just over four weeks left to deliver these final
completions for 2014-15 so that more buyers can also see their New
Year, New Home dreams come true."

Looking ahead, there's no sign of let-up in demand from affordable
homebuyers − and that's reflected in a more ambitious sales
target of 167 completions for Bromford Homes during 2015-16.
"It's all go as we look forward to the next financial year, with
more shared ownership developments already on the go at places like
Crick, Long Buckby and Solihull − and a landmark
development that includes shared ownership homes at Wychbury Fields, Hagley," says
Alan.
"We've also got two exciting new developments of equity loan
homes taking shape in time for spring homebuyers in the
Cotswolds − that's seven apartments at Akeman Court, Cirencester,
and ten houses (pictured below) at Woodlands,
Northleach."
