Digital brochure v2 set to help homebuyers

OUR first digital brochure seems to be hitting the right buttons with homebuyers.

That's why we've added a second interactive development guide − all about our affordable new equity loan homes at Woodlands, Northleach, near Cheltenham − under the Find a Home section of this website.

The latest customer-friendly feature is ready for viewing and download less than a week after the launch of our first digital brochure introducing buyers to shared ownership homes at Church View, Telford.

Turn the digital pages of the Woodlands brochure and you'll find lots of handy information such as a:

  • Handy guide to how our affordable equity loan deal works
  • Link to useful area guide, and
  • Factsheets explaining house types, with pictures, floor layouts and clickable buttons so that you can register your interest

These handy guides follow other digital updates like our google-powered route finder and more are sure to follow, according to Bromford Homes Head of Sales Alan Bradley, as we continue to launch shared ownership and equity loan sites across central England.

The Sherborne

"We believe homebuyers will now find it that much easier to get a snapshot view of great developments like Woodlands (pictured above) or Church View and, if they like what they see, to start things moving so they can make their property dream come true," he says.

"Our customers are at the centre of everything we do and sometimes it's the little things − like being able to access helpful area information if you're not familiar with a town or neighbourhood − that can really make the difference.

"We work hard to ensure that homebuyers have a top-quality experience from the moment they first visit our website all the way through to collecting their keys and moving into a top-quality home − and well after that."

Alan encourages homebuyers to make the most of the new digital brochure and other online features such as Register for updates in the search for their dream home. He also urges them to keep track of new developments and offers through Facebook and Twitter.

"We've already had one more reservation at Church View since that digital brochure was added to the website − leaving just one more shared ownership home up for grabs," says Alan. "We're pleased with the initial response to these new digital brochures and encourage customers to give us more feedback as we are always looking for ways to improve what we do."
