Aylesbury open house a hit with first-time buyers

FIRST-TIME buyers turned out in strength for our Aylesbury open house on Saturday − and gave our affordable homes a resounding thumbs-up.

Our shared ownership sales experts welcomed almost 20 homehunters into the Foxlow Grange three-bed demo home − and ended a hectic half-day of viewings with two more holding reservations.

Buyer interest was so strong that more reservations are sure to follow, says Bromford Homes Area Sales Consultant Kirsty Darby. Her advice to other would-be buyers who want to snap up an affordable two-bed home (pictured below) for as little as £78,000* and a deposit that could be just £3,900?

The Hartwell

"Be quick or you could miss out on one of these super homes and a chance to get on the Aylesbury property ladder at a price you can really afford," says Kirsty.

"Aylesbury is a thriving market town on the outer edge of the London commuter belt − and that's reflected in local property prices. Sadly, that means many local first-time buyers are priced out of the open market.

"Shared ownership's low deposits and low purchase prices offers these buyers a chance to make their home ownership dream come true at a price they can afford − and that message came through loud and clear on Saturday. Buyer after buyer told us that open-market prices were simply out of their reach. They loved our homes − everything from the great build-quality to the family-friendly layout and range of features − and they loved the prices."

The Bishopstone

We've got just FOUR two-bed houses coming soon as well as THREE three-bed Bishopstones (pictured above) which are available now for as little as £96,000** through our popular part-buy, part-rent deal and a minimum deposit of just £4,800.
