You’ll ♥︎ a new Bromford home on Valentine’s

WE'RE organising a special Valentine's "date" so that you can find out why so many first-time buyers are falling in love with our low-cost homes.

We're setting the scene for the "big romance" with free chocolate roses adding to the charms of our Greyfriars House demo home in LIchfield and Colliers Green showhome in New Arley all weekend (Feb 15 and 16). We're also doing the same thing on Saturday at The Pastures, Alcester

Our sales consultants will be there to act as "matchmaker" by explaining how you can buy a shared ownership home for a truly affordable price − and, in the case of Greyfriars House and Colliers Green, qualify for a special incentive if you reserve and complete by the end of March.

Typical purchase prices range from £55,125* for a 45% share of a two-bed shared ownership house at Colliers Green to £61,400** for a 40% share of a two-bed apartment at Lichfield or £76,275*** for a 45% share of a two-bed Avon at The Pastures. Deposits can be as little as £2,757* in an example like the Greyfriars House.

The secret to these low prices is our popular part-buy, part-rent deal − also known as shared ownership − and with sales this year heading for 200, Bromford Homes Head of Sales Alan Bradley encourages more homehunters to come along and "feel the love".

"It's clear that first-time buyers across central England love shared ownership and they love their Bromford homes − so we wanted to celebrate that fact here at Greyfriars House (pictured below) and two of our newest developments with our special Valentine's event," says Alan.

"Buying a home is probably the biggest investment you'll ever make and that's why it's so important to do all the sensible things like making sure the quality is right and that your home is packed with all the features that you want.

"We know that Bromford ticks all of those boxes in style but we also understand that, for most people, they are making an emotional investment as well as a financial one. For them, househunting is also about finding the home of their dreams; they want to fall in love with it.

"Entering into the Valentine's spirit is a good way of letting people do exactly that − and we look forward to seeing the start of some more love stories involving shared ownership buyers."

The Greyfriars demo apartment is open Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 4pm and the Colliers Green showhome is open from 10am to 1pm on both days. We're open at The Pastures on Saturday only from 10am to 4pm.
