Warwick up 30 places in Quality of Life survey
FIVE of our affordable new homes locations feature in the Top 50
quality of life league published by one of Britain's biggest
Highest placing at No 7 goes to the South Northants district,

County town Warwick (pictured below) is one of the Halifax Top
50's biggest climbers − rising from 42nd in 2013 to 11th
place this year − and the location of our upcoming Beaumont Meadow development.
Another popular Warwickshire town, Stratford-upon-Avon, clinches
22nd place in the new rankings and Rugby − where we have two

The survey findings are good news for householders in Top 50
areas, says Bromford Homes Head of Sales Alan Bradley. "Warwick has
fared particularly well this year, rising more than 30 places to
sit just outside the Top 10 in this well-regarded survey. It's an
impressive result," says Alan.
"The survey crunches statistics from various sources and
includes a number of measures ranging from residents' health and
well-being to crime rates and broadband access.
"Homebuyers in the named areas will surely welcome the findings.
It's always nice to get this stamp of approval about the place that
you've chosen to live and, of course, factors like low crime rates
and good broadband access are very much part-and-parcel of the
decision-making process for buyers.
"That said, these surveys always provoke a certain amount of
debate and I'm sure there are many communities out there which
perhaps don't feature in the survey but can justifiably claim to
offer a great quality of life.
"At the end of the day, there are many factors that influence
where people chose to live and how they judge quality of life.
