Operation Ho-Ho-Homes delivering Xmas dreams

OPERATION Ho-Ho-Homes is bringing festive cheer to buyers across central England as they move in and start celebrating a first Christmas in their new Bromford apartments and houses.

Our shared ownership sales experts are working extra hard during the countdown to Christmas to make sure that all the scheduled December completions go according to plan.

As a result, two more buyers saw their dreams come true last week when they collected the keys to an affordable Bromford home. That brings the number of December handovers to five and another five are scheduled before the holiday shutdown.

It's set to be successful and happy ending to a short but busy festive month for Bromford Homes Head of Sales Alan Bradley and his team of Operation Ho-Ho-Homes helpers.

"We've all been working extra hard over the last few weeks to make sure that all the scheduled December completions go according to plan so that buyers can move in and unpack in time to celebrate the Big Day," says Alan.

"Like Santa's elves, each member of our sales and marketing team has been doing his or her bit to chase and check all the necessary paperwork and make sure that our customers have all the support and information their need.

"We've got just over a week left to deliver these final completions so that more buyers can enjoy what many of them feel will be their best-ever Christmas present − a home they can call their own.

"It's a magical moment when you cross the thresh-hold of your first home and see your property dream come true. That's even truer, of course, at this very special time of the year and we wish these latest buyers − and all of our customers − a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year."

It's been a busy 2014 − and there's no sign of let-up in demand as first-time buyers to keep saying yes to shared ownership after Christmas.

Countess Manor 960

We've just had a really successful weekend, with a busy open house at Countess Manor (pictured above) Moulton, just outside Northampton, and seven sales agreed. This includes a final flurry of reservations at two more developments − Meriden, near Solihull, and Deanshanger in south Northants.

"It's all go as we look forward to the new year, with more shared ownership developments coming soon at Cheltenham, Crick, Hagley, Solihull and Warwick," says Alan. "We've also got an exciting new development of seven shared equity apartments taking shape in time for spring homebuyers at Akeman Court, Cirencester."
