Buyers snapping up new wave of Oaklands homes

FIRST-TIME buyers are saying a big YES to our newest shared ownership homes at Oaklands, Rugby.

They turned out in force over the Easter bank holiday for a special open day to launch the second phase of affordable houses at this popular development.

Three plots were snapped up the same day and buyer interest is so strong that more reservations are sure to follow, says Area Sales Consultant Harj Bahia, of Bromford Homes.

His advice to other would-be buyers on lower incomes who want to get on the local property ladder for as little as £65,250*? "Be quick if you want your pick of the remaining plots at this top-quality development," says Harj.
