70% gone as buyers say ‘yes’ to St Mark’s View

EAGER homebuyers have snapped up more than 70% of the houses being built at St Mark's View − making it one of the fastest-selling developments in Cheltenham.

The latest four-bed reservation means that Bromford Homes have sold 14 of the 21 high-quality houses being built for outright sale off Tennyson Road. With five shared ownership homes also reserved, the total number of sales stands at 19 − or just over 70% of all the homes being built for buyers.

The sales success looks set to continue, says Bromford Home Sales and Marketing Director Bev Hall, and − with just five released plots unsold − she has a timely message for homebuyers in this sought-after part of Gloucestershire.

"Be quick or risk missing out − that's my advice to anyone else who wants a great new home in a great location at a great price," she says. The two-bed Bronte is priced from £169,995, the four-bed Emerson is priced from £282,995 and the four-bed Chesterton slightly more at a starting price of £292,995.

"We were sure that that the quality of our homes and the development as a whole would appeal to local homebuyers − and they clearly agree because they're saying a big YES to St Mark's View," says Bev. "We're delighted to have achieved so many sales in such a short time − and we're confident that it won't be long before the rest are snapped up too."

The popularity of St Mark's View among local homebuyers is confirmed by David Packwood, Regional Manager of Andrews Land & New Homes, who describes it as "one of the fastest-selling developments in Cheltenham".

Sales have really taken off since the opening of the spacious four-bed Chesterton showhome (above), according to Bromford Homes Sales Consultant Fabio Scimeca.

"The Chesterton and the Emerson have everything you would expect from a four-bed family home − and more. They've got the space, a great people-friendly design and a great specification − with many extras fitted as standard that would normally come as extras elsewhere," he says. "But don't take my word for it. Please come and see for yourselves and I'm sure you'll agree.  You really can't buy better than a Bromford home at St Mark's View."

The St Mark's View sales suite and showhome are open from Thursday to Monday between 10am and 5pm. To find out more about St Mark's View call Fabio on 01242 510488. Homebuyers can also keep in touch by registering for updates and by following us on Twitter @BromfordHomes and on Facebook.
