‘Why we love our new Penny Meadow home’
BROMFORD'S high-quality new homes get a resounding thumbs-up
from the the first buyers to move in at our exclusive Penny
Meadow development in Kidderminster.
Upsizers Lucy and Paul Taylor were first in the queue to buy
offplan on the day that our Penny Meadow outright sale development
was launched back in November.
The couple opted for a HelpUmove reservation that
saw them quickly sell their existing Stourbridge home with
Bromford's help − and then happily count off the days until
the on-time completion of their new four-bed Bromford home.
Moving day came at the end of March − in the same week that
saw the opening of the Penny Meadow showhome − and, like all
the other stages of their purchase, it went like clockwork.
Buyers recommend Bromford Homes
Would IT specialists Lucy and Paul recommend Bromford new homes
to other buyers? "Definitely," answers Lucy.
"We put in a lot of time and effort at the start of our
homebuying search. We went to lots of different housebuilders,
looked at their developments and compared the quality, the prices
and the service.
"Bromford seemed to be the best and that's why we decided to put
down a deposit on a home at Penny Meadow as soon as the development
was launched last autumn.
"Now we're happily moved in... and enjoying every minute of it.
The house is built to a fantastic quality − even better than
we expected − and we've been kept up to date every stage of
the way. Your sales consultant has been especially helpful all the
way through the homebuying process. We couldn't have asked for
"Collecting the keys and opening our front door for the first
time was really very exciting after watching and waiting for it to
be built. Now we're all moved in − and looking forward to
making the house into a home."
The couple's praise for Penny Meadow, Bromford build quality and customer service are music to the ears
of Bromford Homes Sales and Marketing Director Bev Hall.
"Paul and Lucy were first through the door when we launched Penny Meadow at a
local estate agents office before Christmas so it's only fitting
that they were the first customers to move in," says Bev.
"Delivering excellent customer service as well as top-quality
homes is really important to us so it's fantastic to hear that they
are delighted with us across all fronts.
"We strongly believe that you you can't buy better than a
Bromford home and work very hard to make sure that we do what we
say we're going to do at every stage of selling a home.
"Handing over the keys to a happy customer is one of the best bits
of the job but our work doesn't stop there. The quality of homes
like those at Penny Meadow that are built by our award-winning
in-house construction team is second to none but we take nothing
for granted and check in with homebuyers to make sure that they are
happy living in their new homes.
"At the end of the day, of course, it's what the customers say
and think that really counts − and that's why we're so pleased
to get such a positive recommendation from Paul and Lucy. We wish
them a very happy future in their new Bromford home."
Penny Meadow sales have now passed the "half gone" milestone,
with just five four-bed houses left for sale at prices starting
from £234,995 and two three-bed houses starting at £173,995. With
the last of the 13 new homes scheduled for completion in August
under the direction of award-winning Site Manager Pete Hamon, Bev
urges other would-be homebuyers to see for themselves why Penny
Meadow is proving so popular.
