‘Why we love our new Penny Meadow home’

Upsizers Lucy and Paul Taylor were first in the queue to buy offplan on the day that our Penny Meadow outright sale development was launched back in November.

The couple opted for a HelpUmove reservation that saw them quickly sell their existing Stourbridge home with Bromford's help − and then happily count off the days until the on-time completion of their new four-bed Bromford home.

Moving day came at the end of March − in the same week that saw the opening of the Penny Meadow showhome − and, like all the other stages of their purchase, it went like clockwork.

Would IT specialists Lucy and Paul recommend Bromford new homes to other buyers? "Definitely," answers Lucy.

"We put in a lot of time and effort at the start of our homebuying search. We went to lots of different housebuilders, looked at their developments and compared the quality, the prices and the service.

"Bromford seemed to be the best and that's why we decided to put down a deposit on a home at Penny Meadow as soon as the development was launched last autumn.
