St Mark’s View showhome under starter's orders
WE'VE got a Cheltenham Week winner on the cards for
Gloucestershire homebuyers with the official opening of our St
Mark's View showhouse.
The welcome mat is being rolled out this weekend so that buyers
can see the first of 21 new homes that are being built for outright
sale in this sought-after residential area off Tennyson Road,
Cheltenham.
Sales Consultant Fabio Scimeca is eager to welcome visitors and
show them round between 10am and 5pm together with colleagues from
leading estate agents Andrews.
Bromford Homes Sales and Marketing Director Bev Hall says: "It's
going to be a great day for local homebuyers because it gives them
a chance to see an actual house for themselves − and to see
what's so special about St Mark's View and Bromford homes.
"If you want a great new home in a great location at a great
price then you won't do better than here at St Mark's View.
"We are sure the quality of homes and the development as a whole
will appeal to local buyer. In fact, four of them have already
reserved homes off-plan and all five shared ownership homes have
been reserved.
"Our homes have a reputation for quality that is second to
none and Saturday gives homebuyers a chance to see that for
themselves − and, of course, the showhome will be open on
Sunday and five days a week after that."
Positive feedback from customers

Her enthusiasm is shared by Sales Consultant Fabio, who has been
meeting homebuyers and selling offplan since the onsite sales suite
opened earlier this year.
Fabio encourages buyers to come along on Saturday (March 16)
saying: "This is a prime opportunity for people who want to buy a
high-quality home in a family-friendly area close to the centre of
Cheltenham.
"We've had so much positive feedback from customers since we
launched our fly-through video and interactive street map
and it's clear from talking to the people who've come to our sales
suite that they're really keen to see an actual home.
"If that sounds like you, then please come and meet us on
Saturday − especially if you want your pick of the remaining
plots. A couple of the outright sale homes have already been
reserved and the rest will start to go before you can say St Mark's
View showhome."
Twenty-one homes − a mix of two, three and four-bed
houses − are being built and it's hoped that the first
completions will take place by early April.
Prices start at £164,500 for a two-bedroom Ruskin or Bronte
house and £211,500 for a three-bed Keats home with a starting price
of £285,995 for a four-bed Emerson house and £292,995 for the
Chesterton four-bed detached with double garage.
The St Mark's View sales suite is open from Thursday to Monday
between 10am and 5pm.
