Big turnout for Penny Meadow showhome
HOMEBUYERS voted with their feet at the weekend by turning out
in force for the opening of our Penny Meadow showhome in
Dozens of visitors were greeted with a warm welcome − and
some free nibbles −at the sales suite off Bewdley Hill and invited
to see the tastefully-decorated four-bed Ballardia house. They
clearly loved what they saw because two buyers reserved homes,
another asked for a home to be put on hold and more reservations
Bromford Homes Sales and Marketing Director Bev Hall is
delighted with the response. "It's been a brilliant weekend. Our
Sales Consultant, Rachel, was busy from the moment she opened at
10am on Saturday meeting and greeting prospective buyers − and
it was busy again on Sunday," says Bev.
"Penny Meadow is already 40% sold thanks to people buying off
plan and we know that many people were looking forward to this
weekend so that they could see an actual home for themselves −
and to see what's so special about Penny Meadow and Bromford
"Well, we're confident that both have lived up to expectations.
People love the quality, they love the design and they love the
location. In fact, we couldn't have asked for a better
"Penny Meadow offers local homeowners a great opportunity to
move up and for people from neighbouring areas to settle in one of
the desirable parts of Kidderminster.
"We are sure the showhome opening will result in more
reservations before long because if you want a great new home in a
great location at a great price then you won't do better than here
at Penny Meadow."
With the showhome and sales suite now open five days a week and
the first buyers scheduled to move in at the start of April, the
rest of the development is quickly taking shape under the direction
of award-winning Site Manager Pete
Thirteen executive homes − just two of them three-bed
houses − are being built alongside an updated existing home on
this leafy site around the crest of Bewdley Hill and the final
completion is scheduled for August.
Sales Consultant Rachel Pendrous urges prospective buyers to be
quick if they pick their pick of the remaining plots. "This is a
stunning development and feedback from the dozens of people I've
spoken to over the weekend has been really positive," says
"With this latest reservation almost half of the homes have now
gone and I'm confident that the rest will start to go before you
can say Penny Meadow showhome!"
Penny Meadow prices start at start at £173,995 for a three-bed
Mallow house and £234,995 for a four-bed Sundew or Larkspur home.
