Saturday launch for Penny Meadow showhome
IT'S a Super Saturday for Kidderminster homebuyers with the
official opening of our Penny Meadow showhome and on-site sales
Bromford Homes will roll out the welcome mat this weekend so
that buyers can see the first of 13 new executive homes that are
being built in this sought-after residential area around the crest
of Bewdley Hill, Kidderminster.
Sales Consultant Rachel Pendrous is eager to welcome visitors
and show them round between 10am and 5pm with colleagues from
leading estate agents Allan, Morris & Jones.
Bromford Homes Sales and Marketing Director Bev Hall says: "It's
going to be a great day for local homebuyers because it gives them
a chance to see an actual four-bed house for themselves − and
to see what's so special about Penny Meadow and Bromford homes.
"If you want a great new home in a great location at a great
price then you won't do better than here at Penny Meadow. We are
sure the quality of homes and the development as a whole will
appeal to discerning buyers − in fact, three of them have
already reserved homes off-plan.
"Our in-house construction team has a reputation for quality
that is second to none and that was underscored when our Site
Manager, Pete Hamon, was named a regional winner in the NHBC's
prestigious Pride in the Job Awards.
"This marks him out as one of the very best in his profession
and I know he's bringing that certain X-factor to his work at Penny
Meadow. Saturday gives homebuyers a chance to see that for
themselves − and, of course, we'll be open on Sunday and five
days a week after that."
Early on-site viewings
Her enthusiasm is shared by Sales Consultant Rachel, who has
already arranged a number of early on-site viewings at the four-bed
showhome to give homebuyers a preview of what she describes a
"This is a prime opportunity for people who already live in the
Kidderminster area to move up from, say a two or three-bed home, to
one of our fantastic four-bed houses or one of two three-bed
homes," says Rachel.
"If that sounds like you, then please come and meet us on
Saturday − especially if you want your pick of the remaining
plots. Three have already been reserved and the rest will start to
go before you can say Penny Meadow showhome."
First buyers to move in by April
Thirteen new homes − most of them four-bed houses −
are being built alongside an existing family home that has been
updated and sold. Prices start at £234,995 for a four-bed Sundew or
Larkspur home and start at £173,995 for a three-bed Mallow
With the showhome now open − from Thursday to Monday
between 10am and 5pm − the construction team is on course to
finish building the next few homes soon afterwards and it's hoped
that the first buyers will move in during April.
Among the first to collect their keys will be buyers Paul and Lucy Taylor, who've
reserved a four-bed house at Penny Meadow before Christmas and sold
their existing home in Stourbridge through our HelpUmove incentive.
