Bromford love stories start with Valentine’s date
MORE first-time buyers are falling in love with our high-quality
homes. Our special Valentine's date set the scene for the "big
romance" with heart-shaped balloons and chocolates adding to the
stylish charms of our Fortuna showhome on Sunday.
Sales Consultant Kirsty Darby was there to act as "matchmaker"
and by the end of the weekend was delighted to report that two more
customers had fallen in love with a Bromford home.
The new holding reservations add to an already successful sales
tally at this shared ownership development in
Cirencester, with 70 sets of keys handed over and four more homes
"With sales now heading for the 80 milestone, it's clear that
buyers really love Fortuna and they love their Bromford homes − and
we wanted to celebrate that fact with our special Valentine's
event," says Kirsty.
"We wanted to create a fun opportunity for homebuyers at Fortuna
and three more leading developments to find out more about our
great homes and why it's so easy to fall in love with them."
Bromford Homes Head of Sales (South) Trish Foster encourages
more homehunters to "feel the love" as well as find out more about
the top quality and great value, with prices that start at Fortuna
from as little as £57,500* for a three-bed house through HomeBuy shared ownership.
"Buying a home is probably the biggest investment you'll ever
make and that's why it's so important to do all the sensible things
like making sure the quality and the price are right and that
you've got all the relevant guarantees," says Trish.
"You can't buy better than a Bromford home"
"We know that Bromford ticks all of those boxes in style. In
fact, we think you can't buy better than a Bromford home − and
we've got lots of customers who agree.
"But we also understand that, for most people, they are making
an emotional investment as well as a financial one. For them,
househunting is also about finding the home of your dreams; they
want to fall in love with it.
"We thought entering into the Valentine's spirit was a good way
of letting people do exactly that − and it look like we've seen the
start of at least two more love stories."
The heart-shaped balloons and chocs were also out in force at
two more Gloucestershire developments − Oakdale in Lydney and St
Mark's View in Cheltenham − as well as Priorsleap in Telford. Our showhomes and
sales centres are open each Thursday to Friday. To find out more

* The minimum £57,500 price is based on a customer buying 25 per
cent of a three-bed house costing £230,000. The deposit, based on a
customer borrowing 95 per cent, would be £2,875.
