New route-finder feature puts you in driving seat
FINDING our great new Bromford homes has never been
easier − thanks to a new customer-friendly feature we've
introduced on this website.
Click on any development such as St Mark's View under the
Find a home section and you'll now see a
handy route-finder option under the Maps and Directions
Fill in your current location, click Go and you'll get
step-by-step driving instructions taking you to the Bromford Homes
development of your choice.
The google-powered route finder replaces a static set of driving
instructions − usually from the nearest major road junction or
nearest big town or city.
It's just another update since last year's website relaunch
and − like all the other improvements we've made −
designed to make things better for customers, according to Bromford
Homes Sales and Marketing Director Bev Hall.
"We hope that homebuyers will now find it that much easier to
find our developments and to get there from home or wherever they

developments such as Larks Rise in Coventry and Fortuna in Cirencester where we have
"Our customers are at the centre of everything we do and sometimes
it's the little things − like being able to get from A to B
without any hassle or delay − that can really make the
difference. We work hard to ensure that homebuyers have a
top-quality experience from the moment they first visit our website
all the way through to collecting their keys and moving into a
top-quality home − and well after that."
Bev encourages homebuyers to make the most of the new
routefinder and other online features such as Register for updates in the search
for their dream home. She also urges them to keep track of new
developments and offers through Facebook and Twitter at a time when the number of followers
continues to grow and, in the case of Twitter, heads towards the
1,000 follower milestone.
"Every week that goes by sees more customers make use of Twitter
and Facebook to ask questions and keep track of what we're doing
alongside the traditional methods of staying in touch," says Bev,
"and we encourage people to do so as it can be quickest, easiest
way to find out about the latest news and events. We also encourage
them to give us feedback through social media as we are always
looking for ways to improve what we do."
