A site better for St Mark's View builders
DEMOLITION workers are making rapid progress to clear Bromford
Homes' latest development site in Cheltenham so that building work
can begin.
Most of the former Spirax Sarco factory buildings at St
Mark's View, off Tennyson Road, have now been reduced to rubble
and the site will be cleared very shortly so that building works
can start in November. Bromford's award-winning in-house
builders are scheduled to complete the show home by early next
year, with the first buyers expected to move in by April.
Prices start from £167,995 for a two-bed house and from £212,995
for the three-bed houses, with the release of prices for the
four-bed homes expected early next year.
More details will be shared with would-be buyers who
join Bromford Homes Sales and Marketing Director Bev Hall and
colleagues during a special open day at the Andrews estate agent
offices, 11 Bath Road, Cheltenham, from 11am to 4pm on Saturday,
November 10.
"It's all go," says Bev as she watches the transformation from
factory to building site.
"It's great to see the site being cleared after all our careful
behind-the-scenes work on getting the designs and planning details
just right.
"I can't wait to see our in-house construction team making a
start on the groundworks and laying the first bricks. They've got a
tremendous track record of delivering top-quality developments for
us and I'm confident St Mark's View will be right up there with the
best of them."
Bev urges potential homebuyers who might want to attend
Saturday's open day to register for updates on the
Bromford Homes website, to follow @FabioBromford and @BromfordHomes
on Twitter or see Facebook.com/stmarksview
Buyers can also get a real sense of what the finished
development will look like by watching the "fly-through" video.
Her message to buyers is this: "If you want a great new home in
a great place at a great price then you won't do better than here
at St Mark's View. So please come along to our November 10 open day
in Cheltenham town centre.
"When you buy a Bromford home, you're buying into 50 years of
housing sector heritage. You're also buying into a way of life
because it's our mission to build homes where people really want to
stay. This is so important to us that we've enshrined it in our
customer charter."
