Buyers' thumbs-up at St Mark’s View open day

CHELTENHAM homebuyers gave our St Mark's View homes a clear thumbs-up when they joined us for a special open day on Saturday.

A steady stream of visitors came through the doors at Andrews estate agents in the town centre to find out more about the new Bromford Homes development off Tennyson Road, Cheltenham.
Waiting to greet them from 11am to 4pm were our Sales and Marketing Director Bev Hall and Sales Consultant Fabio Scemica. They played the computer-generated "fly-through" video showing how St Mark's View will look when it's finished, explained what the homes had to offer and answered buyers' questions, lots of questions.
"It's been great. We've been really busy meeting lots of prospective buyers who've heard about St Mark's View and are keen to know more," said Bev in a break between seeing visitors at the office in Bath Road, Cheltenham.
"The response has been very positive indeed and it's particularly pleasing that most of those we've seen are local people who want to buy a home that's near their family and friends. I wouldn't be surprised if we don't sign up our first buyers very soon indeed.
"From what people have said, it's very clear that we have the right product in the right place at the right time."

Fabio − seen, above left, with Bev and Andrews Senior Branch Manager Jon Plant, right − agreed, saying: "People are definitely enthusiastic about the development. Some of them have driven past and can't wait until the houses start to take shape. That's why so many of them were interested in seeing our fly-through video which gives them an idea of what it will look like when the building work is finished."
The positive response is reflected in encouraging social media feedback, including tweets and comments posted on the Bromford Homes Facebook page, which enables buyers to keep in close touch with what's going on.
St Mark's View prices start from £167,995 for a two-bed house and from £212,995 for a three-bed house, with the release of prices for the four-bed homes expected early next year. As well as the 21 homes for outright sale, we are selling five homes under our HomeBuy shared ownership scheme.
Our award-winning in-house builders are scheduled to complete the show home off Tennyson Road by early next year, with the first buyers expected to move in by April.
Bev urges potential homebuyers to register for updates on the Bromford Homes website, to follow @FabioBromford and @BromfordHomes on Twitter or see
