Prices start from £167,995 for a two-bed house and from £212,995
for a three-bed house, with the release of prices for the four-bed
homes expected early next year.
As well as the 21 homes for outright sale, we are selling
five homes under our HomeBuy shared ownership scheme.
Our award-winning in-house builders are scheduled to complete
the show home off Tennyson Road by early next year, with the first
buyers expected to move in by April.
