Join us at St Mark’s View open day

WE'RE rolling out the welcome mat for Cheltenham homebuyers with our special St Mark's View open day today (Saturday).

The place: Andrews estate agent offices in 11 Bath Road, Cheltenham.

Bev's message to buyers is this: "If you want a great new home in a great place at a great price then you won't do better than here at St Mark's View. So please come along to our open day in Cheltenham town centre tomorrow.

"We've got lots to show you − including a brand new fly-through video showing a computer-generated artist's impression of how the development could look when it's finished − and we'll be delighted to answer any questions."

Prices start from £167,995 for a two-bed house and from £212,995 for a three-bed house, with the release of prices for the four-bed homes expected early next year.

As well as the 21 homes for outright sale, we are selling five homes under our HomeBuy shared ownership scheme.

Award-winning builders

Our award-winning in-house builders are scheduled to complete the show home off Tennyson Road by early next year, with the first buyers expected to move in by April.
