Why Priorsleap is a Wimbledon winner
HOMEBUYERS can win game, set and match this Wimbledon finals
weekend if they turn up for the opening of our stunning second show
home at Priorsleap, Telford.
We're opening the doors to our four-bed show house from 10am to
5pm tomorrow (Saturday, July 7) after a stylish top-to-bottom
decorating job by the renowned Claude Hooper Interiors.
That gives even the keenest tennis fan up to three hours to
enjoy the warm, opulent décor − and still get home in time to catch
the Centre Court showdown between Serena Williams and Agnieszka
Radwanska on TV.
Non-tennis fans can enjoy a lie-in and then have the whole
afternoon to experience the many "match-winning" features of our
Plot 5 property.
Every visitor will be offered the chance to get into the grand
slam spirit by sampling a free bowl of that most traditional
Wimbledon treat − strawberries and cream.
Bromford Homes sales consultant Carol Bradshaw said: "Like the
big match on Centre Court, we'll be going into action whatever the
weather throws at us.
"And the wonderful interior design job, with its opulent red
colour scheme, means that customers will feel warm even if it's
cold and rainy outside.
"Our designer has done a brilliant job of helping us to show of
this spacious high-quality home to full advantage. You really get a
sense of what it could be like to live in one of our four-bed
homes, which start at a great asking price of just under
£200,000.
"We're really proud of these properties, which have been built
to the highest standard and include many features as standard that
would come as extras elsewhere.
"But I would say to prospective buyers don't take my word for
it. Come and take a look for yourselves. Seeing really is
believing."
The original three-bed detached show home and sales office will
also be open this weekend − and in the future − giving
different buyers the chance to get an idea of what Priorsleap
living can look and feel like.
From first-time buyers to downsizers, there's a mix of
properties to suit all budgets, ranging from two and three-bedroom
homes to executive four-bed detached family homes.
All the homes have integrated appliances, heated towel rails and
fitted wardrobes as standard. Outside you'll find low-energy
photocell sensor lights, an intruder alarm, fenced and turfed rear
gardens, a power outlet and a tap.
And the attention to detail doesn't stop with the specification.
The development layout has been carefully designed so homeowners
have a real sense of space. Many homes have good-sized private
gardens to enjoy outdoor living, although − as with this weekend −
we can't guarantee an Indian summer!
The Priorsleap show homes are open on Saturday from 10am to 5pm
and every week from Thursday to Monday, also 10am to 5pm.
