Home game winners at The Alders

WOLVES fans could become the first signings for an affordable new three-bed home within easy walking distance of the Molineux Stadium.

And there won't be any huge "transfer" fees involved because players in the local first-time buyer market can get the Bromford home of their dreams at The Alders for as little as £30,625* through HomeBuy shared ownership.

It could be a real game-changer for anyone who thinks they are stuck in private rented housing, says Bromford Homes manager Alan Bradley − and, as an extra incentive, he's offering to pay £500 towards legal fees to buyers who reserve one of the four houses between now and the end of January.

"We've got a winning proposition here for first-time buyers," says Alan, Head of Sales (North), as he points to Gatis Street, Wolverhampton, where you can buy between 25% and 75% of a Bromford home and pay rent on the remaining share.

Ownership dream can come true

"It's not easy to get on the property ladder these days and renting can seem like the only option for many would-be buyers. For them, affording a home of their home and the security that comes with it can seem like an impossible dream.

"The good news is that your dream can come true here at The Alders. Shared ownership is a great way for people to get on to the property ladder and need not cost more each month than renting from a private landlord. We work with you to decide how much you can afford to buy − from 25% up to 75% − and you pay rent on the remaining share. It's as easy as that.

"The even better news for any first-time buyer who's a Wolves fan is the fact that they would be buying a great house at a great price and in a great location − in their case, it couldn't be better because Molineux, and the city centre, is just a short walk away. That surely brings a whole new meaning to home games."

* This example is based on a property price of £122,500. A minimum 25 per cent share would cost £30,625 and a five per cent deposit on that would be £1,532. There are three more Bromford homes at The Alders - one priced at £127,500 (or £31,875 for 25%) and two houses at £130,000 (or £32,500 for 25%).
