Living in your new home
We want you to be completely happy in your new home. That's why
we've created our Customer charter and make it our
priority to give you the best advice and help at all times.
You'll get at least 10 working days notice of your legal
completion date and before moving in you will be invited to a
demonstration of your new home and how everything works. That

We will visit your home after you've moved in to check that you
are happy with the way your home works. This is your chance to
point out any apparent faults or problems.
We promise to put right or repair any defect or damage in
accordance with the NHBC
Buildmark cover. After the first two years of your
Buildmark cover, owners who've bought their homes outright
are generally responsible for their own household repairs.
